By accessing or using sqzd.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

sqzd.in provides a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links that redirect to longer URLs. The Service includes click tracking and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google, GitHub, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create links to illegal content or activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Link to pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Circumvent security measures of other websites
  • Use offensive or profane custom short codes

5. Content Filtering

We use automated systems including Google Safe Browsing API to detect and block malicious URLs. We also filter custom short codes for profanity and offensive language. See our Filtered Words page for the complete list.

6. Link Removal

We reserve the right to disable or remove any shortened URL at our discretion, including but not limited to links that violate these Terms, links reported as abusive, or links to content that becomes unavailable.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all your shortened URLs may be disabled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sqzd.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
